The CLASSROOMS contain new instruction every two weeks from top Hitting Specialists. Classes include Vision Training, Speed, Strength and Conditioning, Mental Aspects of Hitting, and developing the Youth Baseball Swing and the Youth Softball Swing.

The TEAM DOC, Joe Barth, Jr., the renowned "Hit Doctor", fields select emails from members regarding hitting related problems in each issue.
The DUGOUT is where you'll find the membership community: The OHA Drill Index catalogs new Drills and Tips regularly submitted by the membership.
